Chocolate Cupcakes
So I baked 2 dozen chocolate cupcakes. It's the recipe from the most recent Bon Appetite magazine. It's the chocolate mayonnaise cake, but I decided to do cupcakes. They're just more fun.

I helped out at a health fair at Skyline College. We screened and gave out Hepatitis vaccines. Those are the Hep B ninja tattoos we got.

Pasta!
At the Cheesecake Factory for dinner last night. Pasta with shrimp, tomatoes, and peas in a white wine sauce. We learned that the little white things that were slightly sour were actually artichoke hearts.

Dessert that's out of this world
So after our dinner at the Cheesecake Factory in Palo Alto, we dropped by Satura Cakes for dessert. It's a small bakery with desserts and cookies and stuff. Fun place to go for a treat. "Satura" sounds very space-like for some reason.

Textbook
The reading never ends. Learning about the human body is interesting. It's amazing and points to a creator, God. There's way too much complex stuff for us to have come from a pool of bacteria.
